Apart from all that technical none sense, what role does it play in our society, where does it become a part of our lives and where does if jump off the deep end.

So to get back to the point, and this won't be a long one, But what has the Internet become?

Really?

it used to be, and I mean only a couple years now; it was a means to collect information in a global scale right from the comfort of your own home.

Now that's changed Thanks to:

YAHOO QUESTIONS, which is probably the most corrupted answer site on the Internet and its so optimized that regardless of what your trying to find on a search engine it will show up.

So now what is the Internet? well it's more of a social thing to be honest,
People can read the horrible and useless thoughts that exit my mind and are registered onto this wide world of communication.

It was summed up to me more recently by a friend and i think he said it best:

"The Internet is a forum for anonymous Douche-Baggery"
